I was wondering why NS stopped construction on what looks like to be a engine service facility at bison. No new work has been in quite a few months. Does any one know if NS will pull up the unused tracks at the out of service seneca yard. Thanks

Seneca yard is CSX Intermodal. I believe what was left of the freight tracks were removed.
CSX is nothing but a continuous joke. No matter who this Capitalist Hedge Fund puts in charge, it will never be a REAL railroad!
