Great job as always, and fantastic job on the Montauk page. It just blows my mind when I see the Camp Wikoff pictures and seeing the area completely bare of anything growing, and the way it is now. Thanks again for your work!

Steve - As usual a ongoing labor of love for LIRR History...

The "Batman" bat wing gave me a laugh - anyone that remembers the 1960s era "Batman" TV show
probably thinks of the "Batman" theme song as I do..."Holy LIRR Batman!!!" (with apologies to "Robin" )
I also remember "Same BAT-time, Same BAT-Channel" at the ending...MACTRAXX

"Holy shapely criminal, Batman!"
RG - I always thought that the funniest villain was Burgess Meredith's "Penguin"...
I did not notice Julie Newmar as Catwoman until I got a little older and wiser

I also remember that there was a black NJT switcher (one of #500-502) that had the text "The Batmobile"
placed below the cab window in the early 1990s...There are railroad "Batfans" out there...MACTRAXX
