hello reading some posts about the conway branch i could be of some help with industries served
heading into rochester starting at the franklin street crossing heading north. this is from AROUND 1980-90

1-fischer fuel- short trestle receiving occasional hoppers (Penn Central)
2- hollis lumber received boxcars of bagged cement,boxcars lumner, last used around 81
3 - weinstein metals- shipped scrap metal in mostly pc gondolas
4- blue seal received bagged feed in 40' and 50' boxcars cp rail, bm
5- team track , ramp
6- allen& Hall box co. ( site of newer post office) used to ship boxcars of sawdust and receive lumber, in the 70s used ship wooden boxes track torn up early 80s
7- gerrity lumber received flatcars and boxcars of lumber
8- spaulding fiber received, boxcars, flatcars, gondolas----------hayes
9 - Milton leather Board, not much known siding still intact with coal trestle-----miilton
10 on the gonic branch brocks millwork received boxcars of millwork--rochester
11- gas company lpg tank cars------gonic
12 kane brick-- serviced ended before 83----gonic
13 on the farmington branch-- lydal received boxcars
14 davidson rubber, shipped a lot of boxcars of bumper posts and bumpers

Very interesting, what about Amerigas that used to be on route 125 in West Gonic. Had a spur that crossed over the river and was once the WN&P mainline. Any idea when they stopped getting service?
