New Brunswick East Coast, looks like. A regional line in New Brunswick that operated ex-CN lines which CN recently bought back.

Almost... it's New Brunswick Southern, also known as NB Southern (reporting mark NBSR). :-)

Wrong Mr. Perkowski! :P NB Southern is not “all Canadian” You could just as easily see this locomotive in Mattawamkeag, Maine with a train connecting to Pan Am Railways or in Brownville, Jct. Maine with the MM&A.

NB Southern route miles are just about evenly split between the US and Canada. In Maine, NB Southern operates as the Eastern Maine Railway but with NB Southern equipment.
