Anyone hear of a Guilford Management Buyout? I heard that there is one in the offing. I'd just like to know the terms. I worked for the Boston & Maine from 1968 to 1986 and I still have a few friends there. GTI froze its pension plan about 1995 and offered vested members their money at that time. I took it, invested it and have watched it grow.

- Guilford Rail System changed its name to Pan Am Railways in 2006. Discussion relating to the current operations of the Boston & Maine, the Maine Central, and the Springfield Terminal railroads (as well as the Delaware & Hudson while it was under Guilford control until 1988).
