Was in Gettysburg yesterday, and whilst there observed boxcars in town, and shiny rails on the tracks that were the "unfinished railroad," in the cut where there was considerable loss in July, 1865.....anyway, what railroad is that, what motive power does it have, is it a daily operation? Does it connect with one of the anxiety ?

Last time I was there we heard the train coming in on the old Western Maryland route. By the time we made our way from the cemetery to town ,the train had already gone thru. Who operates the old Reading branch ?
