When did NS open their TC roadrailer facility in Ft Wayne? Was Conrail initially a partner in this terminal, or did they come in later? Thanks!

Triple Crown was begun in the late '80's, IIRC, with Fort Wayne the heart of the network. Conrail joined NS's Triple Crown's venture later some time in the early '90's.
