Okay, a bit of pre-coffee googling... I got questions.

Does F9PH engines use 32V or 64V electric starter motors?

I got this weird idea for my next novel that involves a rebuilt F9PH, and I'm trying to keep it as close to spec as possible.

An F9 uses the DC main generator for starting. Electric starter motors came in with the AR10 alternator with the 40 series about 1966.

Yes, the question is, did it use 32 VDC or 64 VDC?

GP9s have 64V batteries and theres not a lot of difference in the mechanicals between the GP and F series. I'd be surprised if they reduced the voltage for the starter motor from battery voltage.
