CSX Avon, Indiana Question

I just recently got out of the military, after serving 8 years active duty, as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army. I just recently got hired (am waiting for my physical appointment this week). I got hired as a Freight Conductor here in Indiana, at the Avon yard. I was just wondering if anyone here works there, and they could tell me how busy they are staying / how possible is a furlough right off the bat? I'm ok with one here and there, as I've read the many messages saying that they will come at some point. Just was curious how often this happens.

I was looking for information on this as well. I am invited to an upcoming hiring event for Avon.
