CSX applies slim operating PSR principles to PanAm application, gets rejected

Our supply chain is fragile enough now and product shortages are aplenty just from Covid. I have a UPS package currently enroute from Syracuse NY to the southeast that over the past 3 days has moved Syracuse to Dunkirk, Dunkirk to Buffalo, and Buffalo to Hodgkins IL. These RR execs are TONE DEAF if they think added supply chain disruptions from any rail mergers (big or small) will be tolerated at this time.

Thumbs up on that comment Roscoe! I think that enough major rail customers have complained about PSR lack of service. Now the railroads are under the gun.

Looks like second attempt got the green light.
