Hey guys got my conditional offer from BNSF. I previously worked for a RR doing the same job. I went out on short term disability and was terminated while away. I listed my previous supervisor as the contact for that RR. My question is do you guys know if the background team will contact my old manager to verify previous employment or the company HR?
