I am looking for information/plans and schematics for my M190
gas/electric doodlebug or the original builders name. It originated out
of Arizona. It was built for Bert Shapley back in the early 1990's. I
have photos from when it was at MLS in Scottsdale, AZ. Any information
will be greatly appreciated. Thanks http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-11/ ... unrun2.jpg

Hi,

Saw your post referring to the Santa Fe M-190. It was for sale for quite a long time on discoverlivesteam. Perhaps you did'nt see it there. You might try cointacting the folks at discoverlivesteam for info as to where it went, or who purchased it. Even though I'm a live steamer, the true gas/electrics in this scale always interested me.

Take care, hope this suggestion helps,

Bruce (ErieAtlantic7597)

ps
If this is a double PM, I do appologize. It seemed as though my first message did'nt "go through".

Bruce,
I am the one that purchased it off of discoverlivesteam. I am looking for the builder. When I bought the locomotive, all it came with was operating manual. I really would like a building plan, wiring diagram or anything that would help me if I should have any problems. This locomotive has all the goodies on it. Dynamic brakes, air brakes, air horn, true bell, real traction motors and true controls. It's fun to operate and could pull alot of cars. Thanks for your reply.

Hello,
Sorry for the necro of this ancient post but if anyone has pictures of this build can you please share them?
Currently doing a build of this unit here in Australia and some pictures would be of great help! Its nothing more than bogies and motor unit frame at this stage.
Thanks in advance.
