Why would Amtrak even thinking about rebulding the Coach Smokers into Coach Baggages when you have like at least 100 Superliners sitting at BG Why can't they just refix cars with the money their using for this?

Amtrak is short of baggage cars, too. Amtrak is short of everything. They no longer need the smoking rooms in Superliner coaches, so they might as well do something with that space.

Amtrak's wreck-repair line is getting smaller, slowly but surely. Wreck repairs and other overhaul/rebuilds are not mutually exclusive.

Who cares what Warrington did, or why? He's been gone for 2 1/2 years. What's done is done. Period.
