Where is this? (Hillburn/Suffern, NY)

Over on FB, some friends and I play a game called spot the shot, we have a friend who is an aerial photographer who frequently gets railroad tracks and the like in his pictures, this one was the latest...it was a tough one, see if you can guess it

If anyone is playing...it's not between Buffalo and Albany, nor is it to the north. keep in mind that it is an NS engine
