As of November 10th, it went to BNSF/SWS presumably in place of 115 which moved back to MD/NCS/HC. Previously 102 was running Heritage Corridor and then it was replaced with 111, which has since moved back onto Milwaukee District.

Saw 103 last night (01/23/2013) on a freight in Franklin Park headed for Bensenville yard. It was tucked in right behind the lead BNSF unit.

151 is back on the North Western. Saw it backing a train to the terminal last night.

Interesting on the 197 being on the RI, I wonder if this will become a more common occurance if the F40PHM-2's and MP36PH-3S's get their rebuilds done. Has there been any word as to when this would possibly start?

405 and 414 are out of service, waiting for parts; they are currently on the dead line at Western Avenue. 215 is also out with a bad radiator, so they're taking the radiator from 611 to put into the 215. I wondered about this ("Why put an old radiator into a reasonably newly-rebuilt engine?") until I remembered that 611 had its radiator replaced sometime after its return to service in March 2009.
