which trains would CSX lose? Q100, Q153, Q109, and Q110? Nothing is outlawed which is a good sign. Funny as I noticed that, Q641 went into emergency tonight when I was at Lake Ave!

also heard on the scanner tonite while out railfanning that Q371 outlawed near irving. what a joke csx has become or already is. at least they are running trains with good power as compared to 2001 when it was all ge units.

4 outlaws between cp-15 and cp-5 on tracks 1 and 3. the eb's outlawed at lake ave and bayview both had bnsf power. the eb outlawed at pleasant ave had an ns unit in the primered paint scheme.

Q366 went into seneca and asked for a ride. good bet it is reopened. Q166 had 88 axles at bayview. also heard 626,118,amtrak 48, and amtrak 286 for you guys east of buffalo.

west of buffalo on the lakeshore sub between cp-15 and cp-5, there are 4 outlaws on track 1. one at lake ave, one at bayview rd, one at cloverbank rd, and X366 i heard was outlawing this afternoon at pleasant ave. CSX 9000 is the leader on the outlaw at lake ave, UP 5959, UP 8120 are two of the unit...

there was an outlaw at bayview on 1 this morning, but he's gone. now its just an outlaw on 3 between lakeview and pleasant ave with an 80mac in dark future paint leading.

the lakeshore line into and outta buffalo was down to single track until about 1800 hrs when they finally moved an eb off track 2 with a bnsf 9900 leading. track 1 was the only open track. track 3 had a manifest that tied down on thursday nite, plus a Q380 behind it with 2 BN's holding on track 3 at...
