Mr. Piche is correct.............read his post above for the Form 4 rebuild. The boiler will not be taken off of the frame. She will not leave North Conway to have the work done. It even says in this years brochure, they are waiting for a waiver. If the waiver is granted then she will run on the RR ...

They were switching strings out at the airport yesterday.
There was a crew car there so I am assuming that they are going to
be there again today.

7324 was sitting on the Conway Scenic siding in Hazens with 2 hoppers and 2 box cars last week when I saw it.....

Now that I moved to Twin, I would like to get some movement shots of her :-)
