track 3 is connected to track 1 near the gct end and just connected to the southbound Lex Ave local

With this proposal as reported tk 3 will be covered over at the TSQ end so it stands to reason they will cover it over at the GCT end.

what the the average mean time between shuttle consist exchanges on the shuttle for maintenance cycles?

I figured after all the opinions garnered on the Solaris on the Amtrak site sme member would of commented on the architecual and esthetic aspects
of GCT. Its not the ceiling painted backwards, nor the mystery of track 100 or the unmaed tool car
