I am currently using a Uniden BCD436HP scanner. I am having a problem with EOT devices. I have set the audio setting set to all on both head and rear end telemetry frequencies, I receive the carrier signal, but there is no audio, that distinctive chirp you hear when a train is close by. What setting should I use to make the chirp audible? Thanks in advance for any info.,

Do you have a CTCSS programmed for the squelch? Make sure there is nothing in the CTCSS part of your programming, or if you don't try loosening the squelch up but this may allow more interference to break through too.
