Has it been confirmed that it will be going to Lincoln? If so, any idea as to when I might be able to see it in Ayer?

Last I saw the 162, it had no engine, this makes me wonder, is an RDC still considered a locomotive when it doesn't have the ability to be self propelled? I would think that an RDC without engines would be considered as just a regular passenger coach.

162 has one working engine in it, the other one was gone be replaced by some kind of HEP unit to add train power

What have we learned?

1) Special movements are good to know about.

2) If you think there are concerns over safety, probably they are best brought up with the parties involved and not discussed here since no one here can do anything about it.

3) Annoying the Site Admin is not good.

I think we've had enough here.
