Heard they are taking over the refinery that SMS serves in South Jersey, not sure of the name or when this was supposed to happen

It's the Valero refinery (formerly Mobil) in Paulsboro/Greenwich.

And why are they taking over for SMS at this refinery?

If you mean what were circumstances leading to the decision, I don't know.

Don't know if 1350 is still at Pavonia, but making my daily trek to work via the Walt Whitman Br into PA this morning, I saw a 3rd Savage SW paired with the other 2 that have been there in S Philly for a while now. FWIW, all 3 are facing the same direction.

The third one is indeed 1350, backlighted and not suited to being photographed.
