It's the Valero refinery (formerly Mobil) in Paulsboro/Greenwich.

Don't know if 1350 is still at Pavonia, but making my daily trek to work via the Walt Whitman Br into PA this morning, I saw a 3rd Savage SW paired with the other 2 that have been there in S Philly for a while now. FWIW, all 3 are facing the same direction.

The third one is indeed 1350, backlighted and not suited to being photographed.
