No Finger Lakes thread..?

i seem to read these Shortlines forums alot, and i see we have quite a few of our favorite carriers, but i cant help but to see that we dont have Finger Lakes there? Is something not allowing a Finger Lakes thread to be added?
im just curious.

There's PLENTY of Finger Lakes Railway discussion in the New York State Forum! This forum is for lines not already discussed in the other regional forums.
