I believe, given the Pennsylvania location of the video, that this train is carrying equipment of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard's 56th Brigade, 28th Infantry Division. The 56th is the ARNG's only Stryker armored car-equipped brigade combat team. The 28ID uses Fort Indiantown Gap as it's home field, and this may have been a movement of equipment to or from FITG. The 28ID is known as the Bloody Bucket Division, because of it's red keystone shoulder-sleeve insignia. The Germans gave them this name in WWI, and again in WWII. The 28ID's 2nd Brigade, a heavy armored brigade, will be going to Iraq in 2009-10.
