I vaguely recall the RR manufacturers meet in Chicago every 4 years to show off their wares to the RR's. I recall they did it in 2000 right after Labor Day.
Does anyone know of it happening this year and if there are nearby sites to view the equipment for the public?
This year's convention will be in Chicago on Sept. 26-29. It is sponsored by Railway Supply Institute, Inc. and their phone number is (630) 393-0106. Not sure if they have a website.......
