My wife and I took a cruise to Alaska and rode the WP&YRR in Skagway. I must say it was an awesome ride. Towering rugged mountains on one side and deep valleys on the other. A couple of short tunnels and a magnificent view of the 1898 Yukon Gold Rush Trail. If anyone ever gets a chance to take this train ride, do it without hesitation. You won't be disappointed. :-D
