Have there been any instances of a mechanical failure on a Brightline train? I'm not thinking of trespasser incidents such as crossing accidents.

What would they use for rescue? What procedures to remove a disabled train from the RoW?

Brightline runs two locomotives on all their trains. Of one locomotive fails, the other remains cable of do9ing the job.

After reading about the Amtrak having 60+ revisions to the ALCs have to wonder is Siemens are doing at least some to the Brightline locos?
Is it too much to expect that Amtrak and Brightline mechanical departments actually talk to each other about problems and solutions?
