I'm honestly not seeing the demand, or viable routes for it, which are competitive with the Turnpike.
There really isn't any way to the city from the south, unless they rebuild the Ashley Planes,
and turn the saucon rail trail into a rail with trail.
That said, I'm sure if R and N would say "sure, we'll make our section 79MPH for passenger, if you pay for it. We'll even give passenger trains priority"
