I took a ride today on the HBLRT between Hoboken and Tonnelle Ave. Great view of the Hoboken NJT complex and all the rolling stock.

Does anyone know what is under construction between the yard complex and the Light-Rail ROW just west of Hoboken Terminal?

Like the 6-track plan. That will require steps and / or elevators / escalators from the Hoboken floor elevation. Maybe in the future elevating all the tracks and platforms. Has NJT done anything to move all the signaling equipment above any possible flood elevation? It is too bad that Hoboken terminal building could be raised above flood levels.
