Looks to me they aren't just upgrading / changing the server. They lost a lot of members the first shutdown. I almost didn't come back. But postings really tapered off since then. Now it's a political push to cancel sites like these, & put all activity on sites like Twitter & FaceBook.
Just checked the site and got this message and nothing else:
