I think maybe they should randomly include a container load of hungry pit bulls or tigers! That might slow things down a bit. :wink:

Jokes aside, maybe some sort of alarm can be added that goes off whenever a container is broken into? Something extremely loud and annoying.

Back around the 1970's or -80's we had some 20-footers broken into in North Philadelphia by some local residents. Imagine their surprise when they opened the doors and were engulfed by a cascade of bulk soybeans en route from Illinois to Japan (!).

A common (and therefore relatively inexpensive) container shipping route in 80's was a West-to-East (Asia->Americas->Europe->Asia...) round-the-world route.
