All five cars? And if so, why didn't they transload the cargo?
If the cars are bad ordered,they cannot move to a transload point untill repaired.
NY&A has to wait for the OK to repair the cars from the car's owner,then get the parts to repair/replace
what needs repair.
In some cases,the car's owner sends the needed parts to shop/RIP Track that does the repair.
Then there's the Labor bill from NY&A to the car's owner.

RS50 was seen in Jamaica this morning at 9:05 AM headed westbound to Fresh Pound, the eastbound trip went by Queens Village at 11:16 AM/11:17 AM. The westbound trip had 2 CDEX and the rest were C&D scrap cars white and black, the eastbound trip RS51 had a mix of cars. #261 and #270 were the power on this run on RS50/RS51.
