How long does it usually take a train to get from Allentown Pa to Bound Brook NJ.
The east end of Allentown Yard is CP88 (Bethlehem) and Bound Brook is MP 33, so we're talking 55 miles. If a train is sent straight through, I would guess 70-90 minutes. The Lehigh Line has sections of single track, so a meet at any point could put a train into a siding, thus increasing travel time.
