SP GP9's in the drink - Roseville?

Gents,
Somewhere there's a famous pic of a few GP9's that lost their brakes, ran away, and fell into the river at an open drawbridge. Anybody recall this pic or where I can find it? I have a customer that would like to see it.

Trains magazine, L/1960s-E/1970s. Sorry so vague but do not recall the exact month and year of the issue involved.

Caption mentioned that the alarm bell was still ringing in the dead loco(s).
