NJ radio freqs for P&H?

Hi;
Can anyone tell me which channel trains switch to when going south of CP1 on the CSX River Line in Jersey City to Conrail territory?
I've got the correct channels for the River Line north of CP1, and I do have some of the CR channels, but not sure which one to monitor.
