Cars were spotted at another Presby owned property in Berlin, right where SLR swaps crews. Presby Environmental was also sold to new ownership midway through 2019, that may also be a factor, maybe not.

Noticed today that track removal has restarted at Apthorp (Littleton), headed east on the Berlin Route. Looks to be another local contractor, but with a full size bucket loader and excavator to do the job.

Wing Road is as far as the current plan calls for. I don't think the most recent abandonment filing covers much further. Whether this crew gets all the way there remains to be seen, but they have more time, along with the bigger equipment.

They delivered another engine to the Conway Scenic. Former MEC GP38 #255, It is already in N. Conway, they picked it up with 1751, going by the pictures I've seen.

A video showing the NHCR bringing the 203/255 down to Hazens showed the 7324 just creeping over three crossings on gravel roads. It appeared these roads had recenetly been smoothed up with a grader and filled the guide rails with dirt. After making one pass, the 7324 backed up and made another slow pass through each of these crossings.

Rail removal on the former Berlin Branch has come to the end of "Phase II", which is feet from where Oxbow Road (old Route 116) meets the present 116 in Bethlehem. Apparently, work will resume in the spring to finish "Phase III", which will see rail pulled to Wing Road.

NHCR rail crews have been up down The tracks with the Hi-rail pickup a couple of times over the couple of weeks. Friday they took an excavotor up the tracks from Page Hill RD in Lancaster. There is bridge up there . Came back about 45 minutes later not sure what they did.
