Need help for my new scanners

I got new scanner Motorola ht1250 and I want programming this . I got the program but ouff it little hard im newbies. Some one can help me to program just for railfans in quebec ? I got all the frenquency on my book but the problem is .. how work this programm ?! I use professional radio cps , or any video can help me !
