Man killed while crossing tracks at Point Pleasant Beach

Get off your high horse! Both the crew and the pedestrian (and his family) are victims. Yeah, maybe he did something stupid, but I don't think he deserved to die for it.

Let us not start another "who is the real victim" argument. I myself have gotten into this argument many times in this forum and it does absolutely nothing.
