Please pardon my asking if this is something discussed before. I'm currently working in the Versailles, CT area and know of the line running there and through Baltic. I presume this to be a P&W branch, ex-NH. At the Amgraph plant in Versailles off Inland Road I've noticed Thiele tankers in a modest 3-4 track yard. Anyone care to elaborate on the status and activity of this route? The track around Western Feeds in Baltic and a couple crossings look to be out of service. The track leading to the Caraustar box and paper mills is something to see for it's twists and turns!

To expand on the history, that was part of the main line of the Providence Division of the New York and New England Railroad, running from Providence west to WIllimantic, where it joined with the line to Boston and continued via Hartford and Danbury to near the Poughkeepsie Bridge..
