Folks, can you help ID the various tools usage, date, etc. A throttle wrench? Thanks.

From top to bottom:

Electric brake plug
Reverser key
Brake valve handle

Don't know the dates.

I could be wrong, I don't believe this is LIRR, unless the old MUs used them,

For certain, these are TA equipment. The electric brake plug was used on the R1-9 equipment.

I gotta go with the TA tools. I’m a retired M/M and I carried the brake handle and the reverser key. Being IRT I was never issued the brake plug but I know what it was used for.

There was no reverser wrench for the MP-54s (nor do I think any other pre MTA cars. Maybe the MP-41s). The 54s had a handle that combined reverse and forward. Ask the people at Westinghouse why…
