David “Dave” Andrew Fink, 86, longtime resident of Amherst, NH, died on October 11, 2022 at The Arbors of Bedford, surrounded by his loving family after a period of declining health.

A fourth generation railroader, Dave began his illustrious career as a clerk for the Pennsylvania Railroad and worked his way to President of New Englands' largest freight railroad, Guilford Transportation Industries. Dave was the co-founder and President of Perma Treat Corporation, a creosote treated lumber company in Durham, CT. Prior to his retirement, Dave was President of Pan American World Airways and Boston and Maine Airways and President of Pan Am Systems.
