Why are P32's running on diesel in GCT?

No there is no problem with the P32's as regards the fleet, however, individual units may not be fully functional 100% of the time.

Running The P32's twice a day, I only find units with problems maybe one a year.

Definitely left GCT on the 5:53 to Poughkeepsie today running on diesel.
Head end car is full of exhaust fumes and engine roar...
