Anyone know of train delay problem in Brooklawn recently?

I know that Conrail's weekly Camden-Woodbury Heights transfer freight, CA-20 on Sunday the 24th, was held up from making it's return northbound run from Heights to Camden at about 4:45PM or so, due to what I'm told was police activity. I don't monitor PD, so I don't know what the deal was. It wasn't fire dept. activity because there was none.
Wondering if that's what you're thinking of?
