I have some questions regarding the former PRSL bridge. Who owns the bridge at the present time? I know NJT’s AC Line and the freight roads use it and that it was controlled by Conrail Shared Assets. Does Shared Assets still own it? Who has the maintenance responsibilities? Any info about the present status of the bridge would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Delair Bridge was never a P-RSL bridge, although P-RSL trains used it. The railroads from Frankford Junction to Pavonia and West Haddonfield remained PRR.
I don't know the ownership situation, but NJT operates the north track and Shared Assets operates the south track.

CR Shared Assets owns and controls the bridge. NJT has trackage rights.

In PRR employee timetable, it was listed as the Delaware River Railroad & Bridge Company's bridge; the approaches were listed as the Delaware River Railroad & Bridge Company's railroad. The speed restrictions on the bridge and the railroad were different.
