Who applied the tiny D&H shields to the noses of the GP38-2s? What engines (besides 7305,7309) have them on the nose?

The stickers are available in hobby shops. Someone must have put it on. I was not a party to that, but we are proud of or company's heritage. Our safety committee even gave us 180th anneversary hats.
