probably none will be even fabricated to start with till late 2006/early 2007.

According to nycsubway.org Alstom, makers of the Comet V (which I heard, sucked) are making most of them while Kawasaki will also make some. Also if the option is taken it might replace the whole R-32 thru R-42 fleet, but an extra 93 cars for extra service, wow!
