0. They're all still sitting in East Bridgeport Yard, as far as I know.

The ones in plain view are probably beyond repair based on what I've seen under the flapping tarps from the window of the Waterbury train.

Yup, but what are the road numbers of the "A" car mates to those two you show in your pictures. They're not what you think...

Doesnt solve the mystery of why we all of a sudden jumped from 9500s to 9600s either

As I told you before, the jump in car numbers has to do with who owns the cars.
Some groups are Metro North other groups are CDOT, with room in between the groups to add cars if more will be ordered.

Ah, okay. My bad, I thought there was another reason for the sudden second split. Thanks Dutch as always.

I didn't shop the photos those are the numbers. I'm not that good in Photoshop anyway :) . The cars left Croton the other night I believe so expect to see them around the New Haven Line testing shortly. You'll believe me then if you don't now.

Mr. Grice's photos aren't Photoshopped. I'm pretty good at catching edited photos, and when I had Mr. Grice's photo open for my previous post there wasn't any evidence of tampering. ;-)
