Moovel, the ticketing app used by MARC & VRE to leave the USA

The ticketing component of VRE Mobile is currently provided by moovel of Portland, Oregon.
The parent company of moovel has announced their intention to leave the mobile ticketing market in North America in the next 18-24 months.

MARC also uses the same exact app.

This means VRE & MARC will have to find a new ticketing app solution.

I won't be surprised if MTA looks at the contract, then looks at Moovel and says "Yyeeeeaaahhh... Riiiiiiiight." And then forces Moovel (via the courts) to finish out the contract because of how it was written.
