Whole PRR T&HS magazine for this quarter is dedicated to the LIRR MU car fleet from 1900 forward. Tons of pictures and technical intricacies. What a great study of our railroad!

If you're not a PRRT&HS member and you study the LIRR, you're missing critical information. Nice article on the G5s restoration as well.

RG and Everyone:

This month's Long Island Sunrise Trail Chapter-NRHS meeting presentation will be by Mike Boland
doing a presentation about the LIRR along with his new Morning Sun book "Trackside with Matt
Herson" about the LIRR from the 1950s through the 1980s.

The meeting will be on Friday June 15th at 8:00pm at the Christ Episcopal Church - S. Carll Ave.
at Prospect Street in Babylon (regular meeting location-south of West Main Street-NYS 27A).

LIST President Steve Quigley will likely have copies of the PRR Keystone for sale especially noting
that it is about the LIRR. The meeting topic along with June being the last meeting before Summer
hiatus (no Chapter meetings in July or August) should have a good turnout thanks to the subject
being about LIRR history. http://www.list-nrhs.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
