I recently read that CP is going to run the DME/ICE as a class 2 railroad. Does this mean that CP's equipment won't run on or venture onto DME/ICE rails and it will be ran the same as it is now with DME/ICE equipment? I hope thats not the case.

At their investment conference, Q&A, with investors, management said they are going to intergrate the dme and ice with CP Soo Line, not going to run it as a class 2.
