CPR Grove Class HO Model - Manufacturer?

Saw a small ad late 2004 issue of MODEL RAILROADING by a Canadian firm (I believe in Vancouver BC) offering a laser model of a CPR Grove Class 10-5 sleeping car. Price was US $55 plus US $7 shipping. I'm now interested in car and need the name/address of this manufacturer. Anyone read that magazine and able to help? THANKS.
